The other day someone asked me what the difference was between vampires, werewolves and other magical creatures.
Seriously? Who doesn’t know this stuff?
Vampires are an immortality experiment gone horribly wrong, while werewolves were born from a sentient curse.
True magical creatures consume magic from the world – or take it directly if there’s not enough to go around.
In the same way we rely on air and food and water, they need magic to survive. It’s why they can’t survive without us.
Ironic, isn’t it?
